How many reward vouchers do I need?
Reward vouchers are the discounts and free gifts that customers can get in return for their points. Some businesses are happy offering just a few vouchers, while others like to give their customers a wider assortment to choose from. It's entirely up to you.
What does a 30-day free trial mean?
It means exactly what it says. We offer you a 30-day free trial with any plan you choose. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply cancel your account before the 30 days are over and you won't be charged a thing.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. LoyaltySoft has implemented security safeguards and backup procedures to protect your data.
Do deleted customers/staff members count?
No. If you delete a client or staff member it does not count towards your plan's totals.
How do I upgrade my account?
If you already have an account, log in as the administrator and then click on the Change Plan link under the billing settings.
