What is a loyalty club and how can it improve my business?
A loyalty club enables your customers to accumulate points when they make purchases and redeem them for free gifts and coupons at your store. You decide how many points to reward them with each time, and how many they need to accumulate before they are eligible for a gift. By rewarding your customers for repeat purchases, you give them a tangible reason to be loyal to your brand. It's a proven way to increase your sales and keep your customers coming back.
How do my customers sign up to my club?
Customers can sign up to your club at a special website address we provide you with. They simply fill in their contact information, and answer a few statistical questions. Fron then on, every time they receive a point card, they simply enter the code on it in their online account, and receive the points you've issued them.
What exactly do I need in order to run it?
LoyaltySoft is a complete solution that does not require additional hardware or software. It runs through your standard Internet browser, so as long as you have a computer and an Internet connection, you have everything you need.
Do I have to be connected all the time in order for my club to operate?
No. You only need to be connected to the Internet when you want to edit your customers records or change your club's settings. In any case, your customers will always be able to access your club's website, even when you're not connected to the Internet.
Who tracks the points and how do you make sure they aren't entered multiple times?
Our systems provide you and your customers with a safe and accurate way to keep track of reward points. Points are assigned using a unique 10-digit code that is printed on paper point cards or distributed electronically (via email or SMS). Each code is entered into the system and once used, it is invalidated. Therefore, there is no risk that the codes will be duplicated or redistributed, ensuring that customers can only receive the amount of points you authorized
How do customers exchange their points for reward vouchers?
When you set up your loyalty club, you will be asked to configure the reward vouchers your customers will be able to receive in exchange for points. For each gift voucher you will define how many to be given out, and how many points each voucher should be ''worth''. When a customer accumulates enough points, they will be able to choose from any voucher they are eligible for. The number of points required for the voucher will then be deducted from their account.
How will my customers receive their reward vouchers?
Customers can print reward vouchers on their own by accessing the ValPoints website. Alternatively, you can issue them reward vouchers directly through the LoyaltySoft application.
How many customers can I have in my club?
LoyaltySoft's solutions are designed to support clubs of any size. Each of our plans includes a base number of customers, to which you can add additional ones if you need to.
Can I import an existing list of customers, if I already have them?
Yes, our system allows for importing existing lists of customers from a file. The file should be in a structured data-format, such as CSV, Tab-delimited or XML. If you need additional assistance with this, please contact our technical support department.
Can I customize the look and feel of my club to match my brand?
Yes, you can customize the colors of fonts and backgrounds, as well as insert your store's logo.
Can customers view and update their own details?
Yes. Each customer can view their online points balance and edit their contact information. They do this by logging in, using their email address and password. Once logged in, they can view their current point balance, add more points, print reward vouchers and update their contact information. This saves you time and effort, and gives your club a more professional feeling.
What languages is LoyaltySoft available in?
LoyaltySoft is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Hebrew. Additional languages will be coming soon.
How much does LoyaltySoft cost?
LoyaltySoft is a monthly subscription service. Our pricing plans start at just $49 a month, making it affordable for any size business. In addition, there are no setup fees and no long-term commitments. You can try any of our plans out for a full 30 days, and if you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money, no questions asked!
Do I need a computer?
Yes, an Internet-enabled computer with a standard web browser is required to use LoyaltySoft. However, if you're able to read this webpage, you probably already have everything you need.
Do I need to have Internet access?
Yes, you need an internet connection to use LoyaltySoft. While even a dial-up connection will work, we recommend you use an always-on connection, such as DSL, Cable, or ISDN for best performance.
Do I need to purchase any additional software or hardware?
No. As long as you have an Internet connection and a standard web browser (such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, or etc.) you can use LoyaltySoft.
Will LoyaltySoft work on my Mac?
Yes. Since LoyaltySoft is browser-based, it doesn't matter if you have a Mac, PC, Unix, or any other operating system. As long as you can access the Internet and view webpages, you should be fine.
What if I use a Point of Sale program to run my business?
You can use LoyaltySoft no matter what program you use for your Point of Sale, management or bookkeeping. As long as the computer you're planning to use LoyaltySoft on has an Internet connection and a modern web browser, you're good to go.
My Point of Sale system has card management, why should I use LoyaltySoft?
Some or our customers already have a gift certificate or gift card management feature as part of their current point of sale system. However, they choose to use LoyaltySoft instead because they can share accounts across multiple locations and allow their customers to access their balances online. In addition, LoyaltySoft includes many other features that regular P.O.S just don't offer. Enabling you to create a much more professional loyalty club for your business.
Can I set up my Point of Sale system to support reward vouchers issued by LoyaltySoft?
Yes. LoyaltySoft supports barcode and magnetic card readers, so all vouchers issued to customers can be redeemed easily through your point of sale system. All you need to do is add the barcodes to your system, just like you would with any other item.
